Another great little project Arcform was engaged to take on.
This original Art Deco home in Pascoe Vale South had great sentimental value to the Clients, so although they wanted to personalise it to suit their young family, we also wanted to maintain it’s beautiful original features.
We were contracted to take on the original plan for the renovations and extension, but as the job progressed we had many conversations about other potential.
As it turned out, we were able to create an extra bathroom, incorporate additional Built-in Robes to service the secondary bedrooms, all whilst maintaining the original Art Deco theme throughout as well as adhering to set budgets.
